I’m beyond impressed with the work that Pro-Worx Construction did for my clients. Devon Jones led the crews that came in and made old things new working in tandem with owner Bryant Bitner. This Salt Lake City 1932 bungalow went from drab and run-down to vibrate, light, and welcoming. It’s endlessly charming now! And the process felt smooth and as stress free as construction can be because Devon was on it constantly updating, checking in and answering my many, “Oh, and Devon, would you ___________” or “Devon, I just realized….” Before being rejuvenated, this home would have sat on the market for a bit. Instead, we went live late Friday and have constant showings Saturday and Sunday with 8 offers Sunday evening. I could not recommend more!! We evaluated 9 contractors for our Basement Finish, and Pro-Worx stood out from the rest! We are so happy with the results, speed and quality of their work. They also did a great job with the Custom Mudroom, which adds a lot of utility for our growing family. I particularly appreciate their attention to details we hadn't considered as homeowners (e.g. wall tubes to hide TV cords) because they have experience after finishing hundreds of basements. We are especially grateful to Bryant, Kerry, Devon and Morgan for all their support through the process. Proworx finished our unfinished basement into a beautiful 3/1 bath, kitchenette, storage and utility room.  Work was completed in time and all trades were working in tandem thanks to Bryant and Devon. Marco did finish work to perfection. Pro-Worx recently completed a major remodel at our home. The project included a full kitchen, family room, entryway, gas fireplace, stair railing and a bath with a beautiful shower. We couldn’t be more pleased. Every aspect of the project has the highest workmanship and turned out beautifully. We had a great experience working with the people from Pro-Worx. Eric, Kerry, Morgan, Regun and Mike were all amazing. They were helpful, friendly and dedicated to getting it just right. I really appreciated their knowledgeable suggestions and the extra effort they took to get just what we wanted. They kept us informed every step of the way and turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a pleasant one. We had the privilege of having Pro-Worx finish a bedroom, bathroom, and family room in our basement. At the same time, they re-carpeted one room on our main floor, and our whole top floor. From the moment Bryant came out to do the estimate, I knew this was the company that I wanted to do the work. I met Kerry (the superintendent of our project) the first day of the project and he did an amazing job of communicating with us during the project, asking questions when needed, answering our questions when asked, and coordinating the subs like a master! Got my basement constructed with Pro-Worx. From the very beginning of the project Bryant was pretty clear about the design, costs and time lines. Morgan helped us select the carpet, vinyl and other furnishings. They asked us a lot of options and designs. Kerry (the project manager), was very diligent and kept me updated throughout the project. He used to visit the house atleast twice a week. Also, when I had any questions or suggestions or any adhoc changes messaging Kerry was enough. He'd take care of everything. The project was completed in exactly 6 weeks, about 2 weeks earlier than the initial estimate. I am very happy with the quality and the team. We had Pro-Worx finish our basement. We did 2 bedrooms, a family room, bathroom, wet bar, and several closets. This sounds so funny but I was most particular about how I wanted my closets because we were losing our storage space by finishing the basement. They created exactly what i hoped for. Bryant (company owner) and Kerry (project supervisor) both took time walking through the space with me discussing EVERY detail. Depths, lengths, doors, lighting, electrical switches and outlets. ABSOLUTELY EVERY DETAIL. They thought of several details I hadn't thought of. The layout and flow are perfect. They made me feel like mine was the only project they were working on by how much time and attention they gave it. Their pricing was really fair and their bid was the price. There were no hidden fees or upscharges. The timeline was accurate, they even finished several weeks early. Every employee on their team is kind and friendly. They were all nice and patient with my kids who loved to admire them work. They were professional and came when they said they would. They always cleaned up when they left even though it was the basement. Reagan (design specialist) is so talented and patient. She had us come to their show room and spent lots of time helping choose carpet, paint, cabinets, hardware. She went above and beyond to find a particular low VOC flooring and a vanity that would be the perfect fit. She kept everything in our budget. Even Bryant came to the selections meeting. He made sure everything was right. Both Bryant and Kerry came by to check it when it was finished to make sure it was perfect. 👌  This was our third experience building and it was byyyyyy far the BEST.
